高职院校学生顶岗实习管理模式新探索

Internship is a very important part in the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges.It is an important way to realize the goal of talent training and improve students′professional skills.By establishing the relevant internship management system,carrying out the internship education and training,clarifying the main responsibilities of both the school and the enterprise,conducting dynamic management and comprehensive evaluation of the internship on the management platform,an effective management model has been explored for the purpose of healthier,more scientific and more standardized development of internship.
