高水平教学团队建设的实践与研究--以信息技术相关专业为例

Practice and Research on the Construction of High-Level Teaching Team——Taking IT-Related Specialty as an Example

高水平教学团队以课程为载体,以人才培养为目标,以提高教学质量为根本,以教学改革为动力,逐步形成具有自身优势的教学改革特色。文章以信息技术教学团队建设为例,从团队设置特色、专业特色、课程特色、创新措施、实践教学、人才培养质量等方面进行了一系列探索与实践,取得了良好的成效。

The high-level teaching team takes the course as the carrier,the talent cultivation as the goal,the improvement of teaching quality as the fundamental,the teaching reform as the motive force,and gradually forms the teaching reform characteristic with its own superiority.Taking the construction of information technology teaching team as an example,this paper makes a series of exploration and practice from the aspects of team setting characteristics,specialty characteristics,curriculum characteristics,innovative measures,practical teaching and quality of talent training,and has achieved good results.
