摘要
辛烯醛加氢是工业生产辛醇的重要步骤,采用浸渍法制备了Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并采用正交实验设计对其催化辛烯醛加氢条件进行了优化,确定了最佳还原条件为:还原时间8 h,H2/N2体积比为15%,混合气体流速为150 mL/min。其次,利用单因素实验考察了反应条件对其催化性能的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为辛烯醛质量的15%,反应温度180℃,反应压力为2.0 MPa,反应时间80 min。在此条件下,辛烯醛的转化率和辛醇的收率分别为100%和94.8%。催化剂连续使用5次,催化性能稳定。
Hydrogenation of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal is an important step in the industrial production of 2-ethylhexanol and catalyst is the key to the hydrogenation performance.Ni/γ-Al2O3 was prepared by impregnation process its reduction conditions were optimized by the orthogonal design.The optimal reduction conditions were obtained as follows:reduction time of 8 h,the volume ratio of H2/N2=0.15,and the flow rate of the mixed gas 150 mL/min.Then the influence of reaction condition on the hydrogenation of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal was investigated by single factor experiment.The suitable reaction conditions were obtained as follows:m(catalyst)∶m(2-ethyl-2-hexenal)=0.15∶1,reaction temperature of 180℃,reaction pressure of 2.0 MPa,and reaction time of 80 min.Under the suitable conditions,the yield of 2-ethylhexanol was 94.2%.The conversion of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal and the yield of 2-ethylhexanol were respectively 100%and 94.2%.Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst could be reused five times without a significant loss in its catalytic performance,suggesting that Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst had good stability.
