摘要
基于地方高校落实教育部开展师范类专业认证的工作要求,分析了当前教师教育实践教学质量反馈调控改进机制的现状及问题,提出以相互关联的多渠道反馈途径、学生为主体基于证据的实践教学质量反馈内容体系、动态实践教学调控改进措施为主要内容的机制构建方式,强调机制构建的两个关键问题,以机制推动师范生培养质量的持续改进和提高,为师范专业教学质量达到国家合格要求提供有效保障。
Based on the implementation of the work requirements of the Ministry of Education to carry out the certification of normal majors in local colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the improvement of the current situation and problems of the feedback regulation and control mechanism of teacher's practical teaching quality,proposing an inter-connected multi-channel feedback approach,a student-centered evidence-based feedback content system for practical teaching quality,and a dynamic improvement measure for practical teaching regulation and control.It emphasizes the two key problems of the system construction to promote the continuous improvement of the training quality of normal university students to guarantee the teaching quality of normal specialty and to meet the national qualified requirements.
