近年来,针对高校学生实施的电信网络诈骗犯罪日益增多,给家庭、学校和社会带来了巨大影响和严重危害,必须从根源上防范高校电信诈骗。个人信息泄漏是电信网络诈骗发生的基础原因,故从个人信息保护的角度入手,分析高校学生个人信息泄露的各种原因,针对性提出防范对策。

In recent years,more and more telecommunication network fraud crimes have been committed against college students,which have brought great influence and serious harm to families,schools and society.With more and more college students suffering from fraud,the discussion of telecommunication network fraud has reached a climax.How to prevent from the root is also a problem that must be solved.The leakage of college students'personal information is one of the basic reasons for the occurrence of telecommunication network fraud.From the perspective of personal information protection,this paper analyzes the reasons for the leakage of personal information of college students,and puts forward countermeasures to prevent college telecommunication network fraud.
