行为分析视角下提升书院学生家庭经济困难认定工作精准度的思考与探索--以西安电子科技大学海棠9号书院工作为例

摘要 如何确保学生家庭经济困难认定工作的精准性、公正性及科学性,是高校提升资助育人工作质量面临的首要难题。要切实解决此问题,需把握困难认定工作的基本规律和环节要求,通过反向思维打破常规工作思路,通过资助数据来分析受助学生的行为特征,并建立客观的认定体系,进而提升困难认定工作的精准度。文章旨在探索困难认定工作中精准度提升的新形式,以期为学生诚信意识、劳动意识等育人工作打下坚实基础。 How to ensure the accuracy,fairness and scientificity of the identification of students'family financial difficulties is the primary problem faced by universities in improving the quality of funding education.To effectively solve this problem,it is necessary to grasp the basic laws and requirements of the difficulty identification work,break the conventional work thinking through reverse thinking,analyze the behavior characteristics of the aided students through funding data,and establish an objective identification system to improve the accuracy of identification of difficulties.This article explores new ways to improve the accuracy of difficulty identification work,so as to lay a solid foundation for the education of students'integrity awareness and labor awareness.
