摘要
“双高”建设背景下,“双师型”教师队伍发展对提升高职院校的人才培养质量具有重要作用,对他们进行绩效考核的方法是否得当,关系到高职院校的人才培养质量和可持续发展。通过对高职院校“双师型”教师绩效考核体系的必要性、建设策略架构理念进行分析,提出构建思路,为高职院校分层分类绩效评价体系架构与管理提供参考。
Under the background of"double-high"construction in higher vocational colleges,the development of"double-qualified"teachers plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Whether the method of performance assessment is appropriate or not is related to the quality and sustainable development of talent training in higher vocational colleges.This study analyzes the necessity of the"double qualified"teacher performance evaluation system in higher vocational colleges and the concept of construction strategy structure,and proposes the construction idea,which provides reference for the hierarchical performance evaluation system structure and management in higher vocational colleges.
