应用型本科院校新建轨道交通土建工程专业亟待建设一支“双师型”的师资队伍,采取“走出去、引进来”的双向策略,通过政策引导、校企合作平台建设等方式,快速而有成效地建设“双师型”师资队伍。

For an applied university,to establish a new specialty of civil engineering of rail transit,it is in urgent need of a group of"double-qualified teachers".This paper discusses an approach to rapidly and effectively construct a double-qualified teaching staff in the ways such as the two-way strategy of"going out and bringing in",policy guidance,and school-enterprise cooperation platform construction.
