摘要
高校辅导员学生成长辅导工作需要具备合适的人格特质、技能和相关的专业理论知识,因此需通过学习系统知识和同行交流增强人格的影响力,突出成长辅导成效,增强辅导员职业成就感和认同感,体现专业化,促进向专家化方向发展。
College counselors needs to have appropriate personality traits,skills and relevant professional theoretical knowledge for student growth counseling.So,it is necessary to strengthen the influence of personality through learning systematic knowledge and peer communication,highlight the effect of growth guidance,enhance counselors'sense of professional achievement and identity,embody specialization,and promote the development to expert level.
