The service outsourcing industry is a modern service industry,which has the characteristics of strong employability,less environmental pollution,low resource consumption,large added value and high carrying capacity of information technology.In terms of personnel training and economic development,adopting the service outsourcing model can promote local economic growth and the increase of employment rate of college students,and expand domestic consumption and optimize export structure.In order to maximize the benefits and create a win-win situation between universities and enterprises,universities and enterprises should establish a good cooperative relationship,adopt a model of integrated production and education,and create more choices for college graduates.
