本校生源培育是解决二本高校研究生招生难的一个有效途径。文章分析了二本高校本校生不愿报考本校研究生的原因,提出了研究生本校生源培育的途径和措施,总结了本校生源培育对提高研究生培养质量的作用。

The cultivation of internal students as postgraduates at second-tier universities is an effective way to solve the difficulty of postgraduate enrollment.The reasons why the students in second-tier universities are unwilling to be postgraduates at their own universities are analyzed,and the ways to cultivate internal students as postgraduates are proposed.The effect of cultivation of internal students as postgraduates on improving graduate education quality is summarized.
