摘要
随着我国社会老龄化的加剧,老年护理人才培养越来越受到重视。根据当前我国养老护理人才的教育现状,提出培养应用型专业老年护理人才的目标,从注重课程优化、建立研学基地、分阶段实践操作、创建“双导师”制度等方面,探索老年护理人才培养模式。
With the aggravation of the aging society in our country,the training of elderly nursing talents has been paid more and more attention.According to the current development of nursing talents for the aged in our country,this paper puts forward the goal of"cultivating applied professional nursing talents for the elderly",and explores the training model of nursing talents for the elderly from the aspects of paying attention to curriculum optimization,establishing research base,practicing operation in stages and creating double tutors system.
