翻转式教学联合微课在麻醉学临床教学中的应用及效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 探讨翻转式教学联合微课在麻醉学临床教学中的应用及效果分析。选取西南医科大学临床麻醉五年制的医学生120名,随机分为四组。其中,翻转课堂联合微课组30名,翻转课堂组30名,微课组30名,传统组30名。翻转课堂联合微课组采用翻转式教学联合微课教学方法,翻转课堂组采用翻转式教学方法,微课组采用微课教学方法,传统组采用传统教学方法,对比四组学生的理论知识和技能考核成绩以及问卷调查的满意度。结果显示,翻转课堂联合微课组学生理论知识、临床技能考核成绩及问卷调查的满意程度均优于其余三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在五年制麻醉临床教学中,应用翻转式教学联合微课教学法优于传统教学法,且优于单独应用翻转课堂或微课教学方法,有利于学生知识内化,提高学生理论知识和临床技能考核成绩和自主学习的积极性。 To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture teaching method in clinical practice of anesthesia,120 five-year medical students attending clinical practice of anesthesia in Southwest Medical University,were randomly divided into four groups:flipped classroom combined micro-lecture group(n=30),flipped classroom group(n=30),micro group(n=30),and traditional group(n=30).The students in observation group were treated with the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture,while the flipped classroom group adopted the flipped classroom teaching method,the micro-class group adopted the micro-class method,and the students in traditional group used the traditional teaching method.The teaching effects were compared by the assessment of students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills and satisfaction questionnaire survey.Results show that the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills examination in the flipped classroom combined micro-lecture group were significantly better than those in the other three group,as well as the satisfaction degree of the questionnaire(P<0.05).So,it is concluded the application of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method and the application of flipped classroom or micro-lecture alone,and it is conducive to internalization of students'knowledge,improving students'theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment results and the enthusiasm of independent learning.
