In order to improve the effectiveness of group work in specialized course,promote the team cooperation of students,and strengthen the mastery and comprehensive application of professional knowledge,the study tries to strengthen the process management of group work.Some methods,such as job role-play,task definition,meeting minutes,multi-party interactive evaluation,are adopted to stimulate everyone's responsibility,record main activities,cooperate with and complement each other,which make the teacher and students strengthen interaction and exchange with more time and energy,and finally obtain satisfactory results of operation training.
