摘要
糖生物工程是江南大学生物工程学院从2018开设的面向本科生的专业理论课程。对糖生物工程教学内容进行整体优化,采用模块化教学模式、启发式互动教学方法、多样化的教学手段及多元化的课程考核方式对该课程进行探索与实践,激发学生的学习热情,取得了良好的教学效果。通过引导学生积极参与与糖生物工程相关的自主创新科研项目,培养具有扎实理论基础,较强动手操作能力和科研创新能力的复合型人才。
Sugar Bioengineering course is a professional theory course for the undergraduates in the School of Bioengineering of Jiangnan University from 2018.This course has been practiced by optimizing the overall teaching content using a modular teaching model.In addition,heuristic interactive teaching and diversified course evaluation methods are used to stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,which has achieved good teaching results.By guiding students to actively participate in independent innovation research projects related to sugar bioengineering,the cultivation of compound talents with not only a solid theoretical foundation,but also strong hands-on ability and innovation capabilities can be achieved.
