摘要
对学习管理学基础课程的一年级学生进行翻转课堂教学,课后采用KOLB学习风格问卷进行满意度调查,研究翻转课堂教学中学生的学习风格和学习满意度之间的关系,发现学习风格对学生的满意度影响不显著。翻转课堂教学中的学生对线上部分和课堂师生互动的满意度高于学生讨论和学生演示的满意度。调查结果说明应该进一步研究设计更有效的在线课程,确定适当的学习等级和难度,提供更多的在线教学互动,提高学生对教学的满意度。
Flipped classroom teaching was applied for first-year students in the course of Fundamentals of Management.After the class,KOLB learning style questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of students.Through the research on the relationship between learning style and learning satisfaction of students in flipped classroom,it is found that the influence of learning style on students'satisfaction is not significant.In flipped classroom,students'satisfaction with online part and interaction part is higher than that of students'discussion and demonstration part.The results show that we should further study how to design more effective online courses,choose appropriate learning level of difficulty,provide more online teaching interaction,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching.
