高校班主任是高校学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,肩负着学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的重任。新时代高校班主任的定位、角色、职能有了新的变化和要求,如何充分发挥班主任在高校育人方面的作用,结合近几年担任高校班主任的工作实践,从新生入学教育、班级管理、学生人生规划三个方面进行探讨,提出了做好班主任工作的建议。

The head teacher of colleges and universities is the instructor and guide of the healthy growth of college students,shouldering the heavy responsibility of promoting the all-round development of students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor.In the new era,there are new changes and requirements in the position,role and function of the head teacher in colleges and universities.How to give full play to the joint efforts of head teachers in the education of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the role of head teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,and combines the author’s the practical work as a head teacher in colleges and universities in recent years.It discusses the three aspects of new students'entrance education,class management and student life planning,and gives some strategies and suggestions for the work of head teachers.
