摘要
针对传统太极拳教学中存在的种种问题,借鉴前辈专家对主动性内涵的概述,总结出主动性太极拳教学方法的特点,从理论上设计并构建了主动性太极拳的整体教学,变传统教学的学生无条件服从为主动学习,锻炼和培养学生主动思维和主动学习能力,为社会培养全面发展的合格人才。
The definition,the theoretical construction and the characteristics of the Taiji Initiative-teaching method are worked out in view of the problems existing in the traditional Taiji-teaching and the connotation of initiative-teaching method given by the experts.This study is to arouse the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students,to exercise and cultivate the students’initiative-thinking and initiative-learning ability,so that it can lay a good foundation for the cultivation of the students’initiative-consciousness and the cultivation of qualified talents for society.
