摘要
“双创型”人才是当前社会发展对人才的需求。采用讨论阐述和数据分析的研究方法,详细解读当前高职学生“双创型”人才职业素养评价体系中存在的问题,并提出“双创型”人才职业素养评价体系的构建方法,旨在优化高职院校职业素养评价体系,为高职院校人才培养提供借鉴。
"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents"are the demand for talents in the current social development.Using the research methods of discussion,elaboration and data analysis,this paper explains in detail the existing problems in the current"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talent evaluation system for higher vocational students,and puts forward the construction method of the professional quality evaluation system of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents.The purpose is to optimize the construction of the evaluation system of professional quality of higher vocational students and provide experience and reference for talent training in higher vocational colleges.
