城市高架桥下空间综合利用评价体系构建初探--以苏州市内环高架桥下空间为例

Construction of the Evaluation System for the Comprehensive Utilization of the Space under the Urban Viaduct--A Case Study of the Space under the Inner Ring Viaduct in Suzhou

文章简要分析了苏州市区内环高架桥下空间现状及存在的问题、简要梳理了国内外对城市高架桥下空间综合利用的研究现状。构建提出了苏州市区内环高架桥下空间综合利用评价体系,通过综合评价体系对高架桥下空间进行分类利用和管控。并对苏州市区内环高架桥各类桥下空间的综合利用策略进行了初步的探讨。

This paper briefly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the space under the inner ring viaduct in Suzhou City,and briefly analyzes the research status of the comprehensive utilization of the space under the urban viaduct at home and abroad.The evaluation system of comprehensive utilization of the space under the viaduct in theinner ring of Suzhou City is constructed and put forward.The space under the viaduct is classified and controlled by comprehensive evaluation system.At the same time,the comprehensive utilization strategy of the space under various types of viaducts in the inner ring of Suzhou City is discussed.
