再生能源发电建设项目节地评价方法研究

A Study of Land Saving Evaluation Method of Renewable Energy Power Generation Project

建设用地节地评价对于土地节约集约利用具有重大意义,目前针对垃圾焚烧电厂项目的建设用地使用标准尚不明确,文章以双辽市生活垃圾再生能源发电厂项目为评价对象,综合分析节地评价指标,采用多因素综合分析法,结果显示:双辽市生活垃圾再生能源发电厂项目建设用地节地程度为中度节地,该结果可以为再生能源发电类项目建设用地节地评价提供一定的参考依据。

Land-saving evaluation of construction has great significant in land intensive using.Now there is not clearly about the construction using standard of waste incineration plant project.Choosing the domestic waste renewable energy power plant in Shuangliao City as the evaluation object and the land-saving evaluation indicators were analyzed using the multi-factor comprehensive analysis method.And the result shows that the land-saving degree of domestic waste renewable energy power plant in Shuangliao City is moderate.The result can provide reference for the land-saving revaluation of renewable energy generation construction project.
