构建我国煤矿安全生产保障体系的思考

伴随着我国经济的快速发展,对煤矿的需求量越来越大,因此加大了对煤矿的开采力度。但随之而来的安全问题受到了人们的关注,尤其是每年都会发生煤矿塌陷的事故。究其原因主要是由于我国没有一套完整的安全生产保障体系,因此文章将对我国煤矿生产的现状进行分析,阐述保障体系存在的问题以及必要性,并提出相应的体系构建方式和运行模式,希望能够缓解煤矿开采时的安全问题。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for coal mines is increasing,so the intensity of coal mining is increased.However,the safety problems that follow,especially the accidents of coal mine collapse occur every year,have attracted people's attention.The main reason is that there is not a complete safety production guarantee system in our country,so this paper will analyze the current situation of coal mine production in our country,explain the existing problems and necessity of the guarantee system,and put forward the corresponding system construction mode and operation mode,in the hope of alleviating the safety problems in coal mining.
