畜牧兽医专业现代学徒制培养模式实践与思考

近年畜牧业不断发展和升级,对于畜牧人才提出更高要求,部分畜牧兽医类高职院校培养出的学生难以较好地满足企业对于人才的需求,现代学徒制的人才培养模式由此应运而生。很多高校的畜牧兽医专业和众多企业建立良好的合作关系,在学习过程中,积极开展现代学徒制培养试点工作,有效提高了学生的技能和素质,改善了相关方面人才紧缺的问题。该文对畜牧兽医专业现代学徒制培养模式进行分析,探究存在的问题。

With the continuous development and upgrading of animal husbandry in recent years,higher requirements have been put forward for animal husbandry talents,and it is difficult for some animal husbandry and veterinary higher vocational colleges to train students to better meet the needs of enterprises for talents,the modern apprentice system talent training pattern thus arises at the historic moment.Many colleges and universities of animal husbandry and veterinary professional and many enterprises to establish a good cooperative relationship,in the course of learning,actively carry out modern apprenticeship training pilot work,effectively improve the skills and quality of students,improved the shortage of relevant personnel.This paper analyzes the modern apprenticeship training mode of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and probes into the existing problems.
