腰骶整复法治疗骶髂关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lumbosacral Reconstructive Therapy for Sacroiliac Arthritis

目的:观察腰骶整复法治疗骶髂关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将2017年10月~2018年10月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院门诊及住院的符合骶髂关节炎诊断的60例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组先予以腰骶部推拿缓解肌肉痉挛,然后行腰椎斜扳整复法,再予以骶髂关节定点整复,最后予以放松肌肉。对照组服用双氯芬酸钠肠溶胶囊,50mg饭后口服(1次/粒,1天2次),每周治疗6次,两周为一个疗程,共两个疗程。比较两组治疗前后JOA、VAS评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组JOA评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01),VAS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且观察组JOA评分、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:腰骶整复法治疗骶髂关节炎临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lumbosacral reconstructive on sacroiliac arthritis.Method:From October 2017~October 2018,Sixty patients with sacroiliac arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,each group 30case.The observation group was first given lumbosacral massage to relieve muscle spasm,then the lumbar oblique manipulation was performed,then the sacroiliac joint fixed point correction was performed,and finally the muscles were relaxed.The control group was given diclofenac sodium enteric-coated capsule,which was taken orally with 50mg after meals(one pill once a time,twice a day),and treated six times a week for two weeks as one course of treatment,a total of two courses.JOA,VAS score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Result:After treatment,JOA score in both groups were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and VAS score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and both JOA score and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Lumbosacral reconstructive therapy is effective in the treatment of sacroiliac arthritis.
