摘要
构建企业技术创新体系作为企业创新人才培养的主要方式,可提升产业技术创新能力,促进企业由大变强。但是,由于工程人才供给不足,交叉学科专业的研究型人才比较匮乏,造成许多新能源产业技术创新与开发能力薄弱,因而无法迅速转变产业结构以适应市场需求。针对这一实际问题,文章以江苏新能源产业为例,从新能源产业发展人才瓶颈、院校专业人才资源及新能源研究平台、新能源产业政策等方面进行分析,以期构建基于产教融合的产业技术创新人才支撑体系,为产业的发展提供借鉴。
As the main way of enterprise innovation talent cultivation,the construction of enterprise technology innovation system is of great significance to promoting industrial technology innovation ability and driving the enterprise from big to strong.However,because of the shortage of engineering talents and the scarcity of interdisciplinary research talents,many new energy industries lack the ability of technology innovation and development,so they cannot rapidly transform the industrial structure to meet the market demand.To solve this problem,this paper,taking the new energy industries of Jiangsu as an example,analyzes the talent bottleneck of the new energy industries,professional talent resources of colleges and universities,platform of new energy research,and industrial policies of the new energy industries,hoping to construct a support system of technology innovation talents based on industry-education integration,and provide reference and enlightenment for the development of new energy industries.
