应用辐射换热的食品保温储藏箱设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 随着生活节奏的不断加快,人们不断压缩吃饭等活动的时间,倾向于选择在食堂带饭回到办公室。此种情况下,许多人往往长时间无法吃到健康、热气腾腾的饭菜。而科学研究表明,长期摄入温度低的食物对身体健康是十分不利的,使用具备保温功能的饭盒储存食物是解决这一问题的有效方法。而目前市面上常见的电加热饭盒不仅有诸多安全隐患,其工作进程中也有许多能量损耗,不符合安全环保理念。基于以上原因,文章采用聚氨酯泡沫板作为保温材料,将建筑中的水辐射管应用至食物保温领域,利用辐射传热原理,抛弃加热电池,利用热水作为热源,制作成手提箱式的辐射保温箱,并使用不同的饭菜储存量进行了4次模拟对比试验。试验结果表明,该保温箱对食物有良好的保温效果,全负荷时,可对食物进行5小时的有效保温,使食物在食用前可以保持在35℃以上。 With the accelerating pace of life,people are constantly reducing their time on eating,and tend to choose to take meals from the canteen back to the office.Therefore,many people are often unable to have a healthy,hot meal for a long time.However,scientific researches have shown that long-term intake of low-temperature food does serious harm to human health.Using thermal food box is an effective way to solve this problem.At present,the common food storage boxes using electric heating sold in the market not only pose many safety risks but also are not environmentally friendly due to a lot of energy loss.Therefore,the polyurethane foam board is adopted as thermal insulation material and water radiation pipe used in buildings is applied to food insulation field using the theory of radiative heat transfer.Hot water is regarded as the heat source instead of battery to manufacture a portable thermal food storage box,and four times of simulation comparative experiments are conducted using food of different amount.The experimental results show that the this kind of thermal storage box has beneficial effects on keeping food warm.Moreover,under its full capacity,the food can be kept warm effectively for 5 hours above 35℃before eating.
