摘要
目前我国工商管理类课程的教授大多重教师、轻学生,重讲授、轻问题,重个人、轻团队,重合作、轻竞争。为解决上述问题,文章围绕独立院校工商管理类专业的培养目标,设计了一个能锻炼学生自主学习能力、团队竞合能力的模拟性教学模式,推动独立院校本科生教育从重理论轻实践的培养模式向理论与实践并进拓展,为高等教育理论与实践发展做出新的探索。
At present,professors who teach business administration courses in China usually pay more attraction to teachers,teaching,individuals and cooperation than to students,problems,team and competition.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designs a teaching mode which can cultivate students’autonomous learning ability,team cooperation and competition ability based on the educational objectives of business administration major in independent colleges.This mode can promote the development of undergraduate education in independent colleges from emphasizing theory over practice to attaching equal importance to theory and practice,and make new exploration of the development of higher education theory and practice.
