摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对于公共图书馆面向特殊人群的服务影响较大。文章梳理了新冠肺炎疫情期间我国公共图书馆面向劳务工、残障人群等特殊人群的服务工作,分析了公共图书馆在特殊时期面向特殊人群服务存在的问题。为进一步做好针对特殊人群的公共图书馆服务,从服务机制、延伸服务、加强合作、馆员培训、图书馆宣传等方面提出了相应的建议。
The ongoing COVID-19 significantly affected the services of public libraries for special populations.This paper summarizes the services of public libraries provided for the special populations,especially migrant workers and the disabled under COVID-19.The problems of current services are briefly analyzed,and in order to improve service quality,suggestions are accordingly given from the aspects of service mechanism,extended service,cooperation,librarian training and library publicity.
