摘要
灌区信息化管理平台是信息化时代灌区管理的基础设施,是现代水利灌区业务应用和社会公众服务的基础性平台,也是灌区工作的一项重要工程。文章剖析了县域级灌区信息化管理平台的系统架构、建设内容,以及平台研发的关键技术,能够为市县一级的灌区信息化管理平台提供借鉴与参考。
Irrigation information management platform is the infrastructure of irrigation management in the information age,and is the basic platform of modern water conservancy irrigation area business application and social public service,also is an important project of irrigation area work.This paper analyzes the system architecture,construction content,and key technologies of the platform research and development,which can provide reference for the city and county level irrigation area information management platform.
