特殊形势下MOOC联合PBL教学在儿科教学中的应用

Application of MOOC combined with PBL teaching in pediatrics teaching under the special background of COVID-19

目的:探讨疫情特殊情况下慕课(Massive Open Online Course,MOOC)联合PBL教学在儿科教学中应用。方法:选取50例医学生,分为试验组(25例)和对照组(25例),其中试验组采用MOOC联合PBL教学方法,对照组采用PBL教学方法。比较两组在调查问卷、理论成绩、技能考核方面的差异。结果:试验组学生的理论及操作考试成绩单项及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生的自评单项及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MOOC教学联合PBL教学不仅增强学生自主学习、独立思考的能力,培养其人文素养,同时也可以锻炼教师合理利用资源、组织讨论的能力。

Objective:To explore the application of MOOC(Massive open online course)combined with PBL teaching in pediatric teaching under the special background of COVID-19.Method:Fifty medical students were selected and divided into experimental group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The experimental group adopted MOOC combined with PBL teaching method,while the control group adopted PBL teaching method.The differences between the two groups in questionnaire,theoretical achievement and skill assessment were compared.Result:The theoretical and operational test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The single and total scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MOOC teaching combined with PBL teaching can not only enhance students’ability of independent learning and independent thinking and cultivate their humanistic quality,but also train teachers’ability of rational utilization of resources and organization of discussion.
