摘要
以旋风铣削刀具前刀面在阿基米德蜗杆螺旋面上的成型原理为基础,为减少传统蜗杆加工在节圆处产生的过切,利用标准的阿基米德蜗杆螺旋面与旋风铣削刀具刃口线求交,反解刀具的前刀面廓形尺寸;针对阿基米德蜗杆的原始参数、工艺信息,并结合标准的DXF文件进行二维数据信息交互,建立了高效的旋风铣削刀具智能交互系统。
The principle of forming the rake face of a whirlwind milling cutter on the spiral surface of Archimedes worm is used to reduce the overcutting occuring at the pitch circle in the process of the traditional worm machining.The standard Archimedes worm helicoid is used with whirlwind milling tool to cross the cutting edge line and reverse the rake face contour size of the tool.The original parameters and process information of the Archimedes worm are combined with the standard DXF file for two-dimensional data information interaction,and an intelligent interactive system of high efficiency whirlwind milling tool is established.
