摘要
以UG和Fluent流体仿真软件为基础,进行发动机冷却风扇参数化建模和数值仿真研究。利用CAESES多学科优化平台,搭建发动机冷却风扇设计、仿真和优化一体化平台,基于响应面近似模型和多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ,对冷却风扇的流量和功率进行优化,实现流量提升9.81%,功率降低2.72%。
Based on UG and Fluent,parametric modeling and numerical simulation of engine cooling fan are studied in this paper.An integrated platform used for its design,simulation and optimization is built based on the multidisciplinary optimization platform CAESES.The response surface model and NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm are used to optimize its flow rate and power.The results show that the optimized fan flow rate increases by 9.81%and the power decreases by 2.72%.
