我国产教融合史的三维研究

摘要 我国的职业教育在探索中前进,在实践中发展,作为其核心的产教融合一直是研究和关注的热点。通过梳理产教融合的发展史、研究史和实践史,发现在发展史中,产教融合政策的价值取向由中国工业化建设下培养德智体全面发展的社会主义新人,社会主义现代化建设下提高劳动者的整体素质、助力全面建设小康社会培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才,到构建现代职业教育体系、推进经济转型升级培养高素质劳动者和技术技能型复合人才的转变;就研究史而言,半工半读、工学结合、产教结合、校企合作、产教融合贯穿于社会发展始终,但是不同时期的侧重点有所不同;产教融合的实践史则体现了矛盾的出现是实践的出发点,以促进社会发展为价值目标,最终服务于国家战略和终身教育体系建设。 China's vocational education is advancing in exploration and development in practice.The integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities has always been the focus of research and attention.By combing the development history,research history and practice history of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities,it is found that the value orientation of the integration policy of industry and education has been shifted from cultivating new socialist people with all-round development of morality,intelligence and physique under the construction of industrialization in China,improving the overall quality of workers under the construction of socialist modernization,and helping to build a well-off society in an all-round way,to build a modern vocational education system,promote economic transformation and upgrading,and train high-quality workers and skilled compound talents.As far as the research history is concerned,a work-study program,work-study combination,industry-education combination,school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration run through social development,but the emphasis is different in different periods.The practical history of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities reflects that the emergence of contradictions is the starting point of practice,promoting social development as the value goal,and ultimately serving the national strategy and the construction of a lifelong education system.
