摘要
职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度建设是新时期构建职业教育质量保障机制的有效措施,是传统教育测量与评价理论的发展。然而,从目前试点情况看,相关工作多为面上推进,诊断与改进聚焦明显不够,导致职业院校教育质量自我保障机制构建进程依然迟缓。基于职业院校专业建设历史与效能的分析,确认以专业为单元实施教学工作诊断与改进具有较强的必要性和可行性。当下,职业院校教学工作诊断与改进应强化对实施单元的认知,明确专业诊断与改进的切入点,加快研发相应的诊断工具,科学制定具体的诊断标准,建立专业诊改的联动机制,进而实现“兴办人民满意的职业教育”的终极目标。
The construction of a diagnosis and improvement system is an effective measure to construct the quality assurance mechanism in the new period and an achievement in developing the traditional measurement and evaluation in vocational schools.At present,the pilot work has been carried out in general,and the focus of diagnosis and improvement is insufficient,which leads to the slow process of constructing the self-guarantee mechanism of educational quality.In this paper,based on the analysis of the history and effectiveness of professional construction in vocational colleges,it is necessary and feasible to diagnose and improve teaching work with majors.In order to achieve the goal of"establishing vocational education that people are satisfied with",the education diagnosis and improvement in vocational colleges should strengthen the understanding of implementation units,clarify the entry point for major diagnostics and improvement,accelerate the development of corresponding diagnostic tools,scientifically formulate specific diagnostic criteria,and establish a linkage mechanism of major diagnosis and improvement.
