社区教育助力社区治理的机制研究:基于社会认同理论

Mechanism of Community Education Assisting Community Governance:Based on the Theory of Social Identity

社会认同理论对社区教育助力社区治理的机制建设具有独特指引作用。通过文献梳理社区教育助力社区治理机制生成的驱动要素,明确社区教育助力社区治理的机制运行遵循“社区教育——社区居民——社区治理——社会认同”基本路径;在深入剖析社区教育赋能社区居民的培育机制、社区居民参与社区治理的表达机制和社区治理促进社会认同的评价机制的基础上,提出实施开展职业能力培训、拓展文化传承教育、培育社区社会群体等重点项目有助于完善社区教育助力社区治理的机制建设。

The theory of social identity plays a unique guiding role in the mechanical construction of community education to help community governance.Through the literature review,this paper clarifies that the mechanism of community education assisting community governance follows the path of"community education-community residents-community governance-social identity".Based on an in-depth analysis of different mechanisms,such as the cultivation mechanism for community residents,the expression mechanism for community residents'participation in community governance,and the evaluation mechanism for community governance to promote social identity,this paper proposes to implement vocational training,expand cultural heritage and cultivate social groups.These can be more conducive to the precise implementation of community education to help the construction of community governance mechanisms.
