大遗址区小城镇规划策略与方法研究——以洛阳市平乐镇为例

Study on the Planning Strategies and Methods of Small Towns in Large Site Area——A Case of Pingle Town in Luoyang

在大遗址保护的背景下,大遗址区的小城镇发展受遗址保护的影响颇深,致使小城镇空间布局松散,居民生产生活干扰遗址保护,大遗址也很难落实保护要求。本文针对大遗址内小城镇区域发展特点,研判其发展方向,提出产业门类准入门槛,以汉魏洛阳故城和邙山陵墓群交会处的平乐镇为例,提出解决遗址区内生态保护、产业格局、空间发展和文化传承等问题的方法,以达到遗产保护和乡村振兴协调发展的目的。

Under the background of large site protection, the development of small towns in large site area is deeply affected by site protection, which leads to loose spatial layout of small towns, interference of residents’ production and life with site protection. It is difficult to implement the protection requirements of large sites. In this paper, according to the regional development characteristics of small towns in large sites, the development direction is studied, and the entry threshold of industrial categories is proposed. Taking Pingle town at the intersection of Luoyang Ancient City and Mangshan tomb group in Han and Wei dynasties as an example, the problems of ecological protection, industrial pattern, spatial development and cultural heritage in the site area are solved, so as to achieve the goal of coordinated development of heritage protection and rural revitalization.
