基于历史文脉延续的中国海洋大学鱼山校区校园更新策略

Renewal Strategy of Yushan Campus of Ocean University of China Based on the Continuation of Historical Context

文章对中国海洋大学鱼山校区校园现状环境进行现场勘察调研及问卷调查,对场地内人群活动类型、活动地点及偏好进行观察记录及走访。本文分析校园空间布局、公共空间类型及分布、绿化分布、景观小品及基础设施、交通体系及历史氛围现存的问题,采用层次分析法对问卷结果进行量化分析,结论如下:①校园综合环境为一般;②功能性评价结果为较好,美观性、基础设施合理性和文化性评价为一般。笔者将现状调研与问卷及量化评价结果结合,从延续历史文脉的角度提出中国海洋大学鱼山校区校园更新策略:①规划功能结构及公共空间;②完善交通系统;③增设基础设施;④完善绿化系统;⑤强化历史文化氛围。

The site investigation and questionnaire survey were carried out on the current situation of campus environment in Yushan campus of Ocean University of China. The activity, activity places of the crowd in the site were observed and recorded. The existing problems of campus space layout, public space, landscape, sketch and infrastructure, transportation system and historical atmosphere were analyzed, and the questionnaire results were quantitatively analyzed with AHP. Results: ① The comprehensive environment of the campus is general;② The result of functional evaluation is good while the evaluation of aesthetics, infrastructure rationality and culture is general. Combining the current situation survey with the questionnaire and the quantitative evaluation results, this paper proposes the campus renewal strategy of Yushan campus from the perspective of continuing the historical context: ① Planning the functional structure and public space;② Improve the transportation system;③ increase infrastructure;④ Improve the Afforest Systems;⑤ Strengthen the historical and cultural atmosphere.
