建筑工程技术专业“人才培养通道”模式下培养方案的研究

Study on the Training Plan under the“Talent Training Channel”Mode of Construction Engineering Technology Specialty

为进一步改进建筑工程技术专业人才培养方案,本文提出了建筑工程技术专业"人才培养通道"培养模式,并按建筑工程施工顺序和技术员典型岗位工作内容及岗位技能要求,对培养模式、课程体系、课程内容、师资要求、实训内容和实训条件,以及教学方法手段等进行了创新和改进,取得了良好的教学效果。

For the further improvement of the training plan of construction engineering technical professionals,this paper puts forward the training mode of"talent training channel".According to the construction sequence and the typical working content and technical requirements of the technicians,the curriculum structure,curriculum content,teacher requirements,training content and training conditions,as well as teaching methods have been innovated and improved,and good teaching results have been achieved.
