社区级养老服务用房设计优化策略探索——基于合肥与南京的案例调研

Exploration on Optimization Strategy of Community-Level Pension Service Housing Design——A Case Study Based on Nanjing,Hefei

社区级养老服务用房作为国家大力推行的社区居家养老模式的主要建筑载体之一,在实际建设、使用中出现了越来越多的问题,人们对其提出的要求也越来越高。文章基于合肥、南京两市的案例调研情况,结合使用者和管理者的视角,分析总结了当前社区级养老服务用房普遍存在的问题,并针对性地提出设计优化策略,以期为其建设提供一些设计参考依据。

As one of the main building carriers of the community home pension model,community-level pension service housing has more and more problems in actual construction and use,which also put forward more and more requirements.Based on the case investigation of Hefei and Nanjing,this paper analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in the community-level pension service housing from the perspective of users and managers,and puts forward the design optimization strategy in order to provide some reference for its construction.
