钢筋混凝土结构项目中的建安工程费控制是业主最为关注的内容,也是业主评价设计质量、衡量设计水平、选择设计单位的重要标准。文章通过住宅的实例阐述了剪力墙结构优化设计的思路,以控制建安工程费为导向,具体讨论剪力墙结构优化方法。

The cost control of construction and installation of reinforced concrete structure is the main concern of the owner,and it has become an important standard for the owner to evaluate the design quality,measure the design level and select the design unit.In this paper,an example of the optimized design of a residential shear wall structure is discussed under the guidance of controlling the construction and installation engineering costs.Then the method for the optimization of shear wall structure is elaborated specifically.
