摘要
文章以北京某新建地铁盾构井及盾构施工邻近既有建筑物的施工工程为背景,采用弹塑性有限元分析方法,基于仿真模型,对新建地铁盾构井及盾构区间施工影响既有建筑物变形进行计算分析,预测了既有建筑物的变形量和各工序的变形量,分析了建筑物的安全性,提出盾构井及盾构隧道施工过程中控制既有建筑物变形的措施,为设计、施工控制提供理论支持。
Taking the construction engineering of a new subway shield well and the shield nearby the existing building as the background,this paper uses elastic-plastic finite element analysis method.Based on the calculation and analysis on the deformation of the existing building affected by the newly-built subway shield well as well as the shield with the simulation model,this paper predicts the deformation of the building and the deformation of each process,analyzes the security of the building,and then puts forward the control measures for the deformation of the existing building during the construction of shield well and shield tunnel,so as to provide theoretical support for the design and construction.
