关于BIM技术在绿色施工中的应用探究 被引量:3

摘要 据统计,我国每年将近有25亿m^2的新建建筑,可以说中国有世界上最大的建筑市场。然而建筑业是一个高消耗、高排放的产业,"可持续发展理念"的提出对建筑行业产生了重大的影响。如何在建筑施工过程中采取措施以达到降低资源消耗、减少垃圾排放、减轻环境污染的目的,是饯行"可持续发展理念"的主要任务。在这一背景下,推进绿色施工是必然之举。在信息化高速发展的前提下,BIM技术作为一种建筑信息模型,在信息的交流和共享、提高产品质量等方面有很大的优势,在很大程度上满足了绿色建筑项目管理的需求。本文结合现阶段我国绿色施工管理实施过程,对如何将BIM技术成功应用到绿色施工全生命周期进行了深入探究。 According to the statistics, there are nearly 2.5 billion square meters of new buildings in China every year, which lead China to be the largest construction market in the world. As an industry with high consumption and high emission, the proposal of the idea of sustainable development has a great influence on the construction industry. Therefore, promoting green construction is an important measure for the construction industry to reduce resource consumption, decrease the discharge of rubbish and alleviate environmental pollution. Catering to the requirements of the informatization, BIM technology as a building information model has a great advantage in the communication and sharing of information and the promotion of product quality, which meet the needs of the green building project management to a large extent. Based on the current implementation process of green construction management in China, this paper makes an in-depth study on how to successfully apply BIM technology to the whole life cycle process of green construction.
