摘要
本文以南京1865创意产业园为例,研究归纳了旧厂房改造设计常用的空间设计手法和新功能的置入,同时介绍了为配合新功能而采用的建筑立面、绿色技术等改造手法。
This paper takes Nanjing 1865 Creative Industry Park as an example to study and summarize the common space design methods and new functions of the old factory building renovation design,and pay attention to the renovation methods of building facade,green technology,site landscape and other aspects to match the new functions.
