在推进生态文明建设的重要背景下,垃圾分类逐渐成为社会关注的焦点.为了提高垃圾分类方式选择的正确性,促进垃圾分类政策深入居民,运用模糊综合评价和层次分析等理论方法和模型,以上海市为主要研究对象,对垃圾分类方式的选择和垃圾分类配套政策的实施问题进行研究.比较分析不同垃圾分类方式的实施效益以及居民对不同垃圾分类政策的接受度,并结合上海市的实际情况,为其新的垃圾分类方式的实施提出可行的建议.

Under the important background of promoting the construction of ecological civilization,garbage classification has gradually become the focus of social attention.In order to improve the correctness of the choice of garbage classification methods and promote the deepening of garbage classification policy to residents,the selection of garbage classification methods and the implementation of garbage classification supporting policies were studied by using the theoretical methods and models of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and hierarchical analysis,taking Shanghai as the main research object.This paper compares and analyses the benefits of different garbage classification methods and residents'acceptance of different garbage classification policies,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the implementation of new garbage classification methods based on the actual situation in Shanghai.
