摘要
随着载机平台性能的逐步提升,对机载电子设备满足供电环境的要求亦有较大提高,低压供电和瞬时断电工作模式已成为机载电子设备重要技术要求。在权衡机载电子设备可靠性、安装尺寸和质量的前提下,重点介绍了一种以WPN-100稳压器件为核心的解决机载电子设备满足欠压和瞬时断电工作模式要求的供电电路设计;分析和解决了电路设计和试验验证中出现的稳压器件与过流保护器件之间相互影响等问题,并为使用WPN稳压器件作为欠压和瞬时断电供电电路核心部件的其他机载电子设备消除早期设计缺陷提供了设计方法和途径。
With the gradual improvement of the characteristics of the carrier platform,the airborne electronic equipment to meet the requirements of the power supply environment has also been greatly improved.Low voltage power supply and instantaneous power outage mode has become an important technical requirement of airborne electronic equipment.On the premise of weighing the reliability,installation size and weight of airborne electronic equipment,the design of a power supply circuit based on WPN-100 voltage regulator to meet the requirements of under voltage and instantaneous power outage of airborne electronic equipment is introduced.The interaction between the voltage stabilizer and the over current protection device in circuit design and experimental verification is analyzed and solved,and the design method and the way to eliminate early design defects of other airborne electronic equipment using WPN voltage regulator as the core component of under voltage and instantaneous power supply circuit are provided.
