电针结合中药超声离子导入治疗肝肾不足型退行性腰椎管狭窄症41例

41 Cases of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Due to Insufficiency of Liver and Kidney by ElectroAcupuncture Combined with Ultrasound Iontophoresis of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨电针联合中药超声离子导入疗法对肝肾不足型退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:选取广东省中西医结合医院康复科住院部符合纳入标准的41例肝肾不足型退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者,采用电针联合中药超声离子导入疗法治疗2个疗程共14天,根据治疗前后疼痛模拟视觉评分(VAS)和日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛改良评分的变化判定疗效。结果:41例患者经治疗后其VAS评分和JOA下腰痛改良评分与治疗前对比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),总有效率达93.0%,且无不良事件发生。结论:电针结合中药超声离子导入疗法在治疗肝肾不足型退行性腰椎管狭窄症方面疗效显著,对提高临床疗效、改善预后有获益,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with ultrasound iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine on degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis of liver and kidney insufficiency.Methods:41 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient department of Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong integrated hospital of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.All patients were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with ultrasound iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect was judged according to the difference of pain analogue visual score(VAS)and JOA low back pain improvement score before and after treatment,while two courses of treatment were 14 days.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and JOA low back pain improvement score of 41 patients were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The overall effective rate was 93.0%,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with ultrasound iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis of liver and kidney insufficiency.It is not beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis,but also is worthy of clinical reference.
