曲靖市连续多次核酸检测阴性的一例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者的诊疗体会

Experience of diagnosis and treatment for a case of suspected severe COVID-19 patient with repeated negative nucleic acid tests in Qujing

对云南省曲靖市1例疑似新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)重型病例进行介绍,该患者有着明确的流行病学史,有发热、干咳等临床症状,肺部有典型的影像学表现及实验室检查,但连续6次新型冠状病毒核酸检测均为阴性,目前的检测方法难以确诊,结合文献复习总结该病的临床特征、诊治方法,以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎疑似病例的防控、识别及治疗提供参考。

The article introduces a case of suspected severe COVID-19 patient of Qujing in Yunnan.The patient has a clear epidemiological history,with clinical symptoms of fever and dry cough,etc,typical imaging findings of the lungs and laboratory examinations,but 6 continuous nucleic acid tests of COVID-19 are negative.COVID-19 is difficult to be diagnosed with current test methods.The clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease are summarized in the literature review in order to provide reference for the prevention,control,identification and treatment of suspected cases of COVID-19.
