摘要
基于工作面粉尘运移机理,运用Fluent数值模拟方法,建立60 m×4 m×3 m综采面模型,并对操作条件、边界条件、离散项、水力半径和湍流强度等参数进行设定,分别对综采面在不同风速条件下的不同粒径粉尘运移情况、采煤机机身处涡流情况进行模拟。通过模拟得知,风速对粉尘浓度有较大影响,随着风速的增加,粉尘浓度及扩散范围呈下降趋势;采煤机割煤产生的煤尘,绝大部分被底板捕获,只有小部分随风流排出工作面;采煤机下风侧10 m位置达到最大值,在25~30 m趋于稳定状态。因此,在实践当中,可以通过提高风速来降尘;并重点对采煤机下风侧30 m以内采取降尘措施。研究结论将为综采面制定粉尘防治措施和安装粉尘防治设备提供理论指导。
Based on the mechanism of dust migration in working flour,a 60 m×4 m×3 m comprehensive mining face model is established by using fluent numerical simulation method,parameters such as operation conditions,boundary conditions,discrete terms,hydraulic radius and turbulence intensity are set,respectively,and the dust migration of different particle sizes in the comprehensive mining face under different wind speed conditions and the eddy current at the body of the shearer are simulated.Through the simulation,it is known that wind speed has a great influence on the dust concentration.With the increase of wind speed,the dust concentration and diffusion range show a downward trend.Most of the coal dust generated by coal cutting by the shearer is captured by the bottom plate,and only a small part is discharged from the working face with the wind flow.The position of 10 m under the shearer reaches the maximum value,and tends to be stable at 25~30 m.Therefore,in practice,the dust can be reduced by increasing the wind speed,and the dust reduction measures can be taken within 30 m of the windward side of the shearer.The research conclusion will provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of dust control measures and the installation of dust control equipment in the fully mechanized face.
