运动休闲小镇发展条件和问题审视与发展策略研究——以福建省三明市将乐县古镛镇为例

Study on Development Conditions and Problems Inspection and Development Strategies of Sports and Leisure Towns in Fujian——A Case Study of Guyong Town,Jiangle County,Sanming

建设具有示范效应的国家级运动休闲特色小镇是新时代“休闲体育+全域森林康养”产业科学发展的重要载体。运用专家访谈法和田野调查法,以福建省三明市将乐县古墉镇运动休闲小镇为研究案例,对其资源条件、交通条件、产业条件等进行深入分析,并在审视制约该小镇可持续发展的主要问题后,从5个方面提出运动休闲小镇的发展对策:把握政策,持续贯彻“四个全面”发展理念;科学重构小镇发展目标、定位、总体思路;多元开发休闲“体育+康养”资源,合理规划新业态;加快休闲体育旅游设施建设,提高公共服务质量;凝练特色品牌,持续加强休闲体育旅游营销。

The construction of a state-level sports and leisure town with demonstration effect is an important carrier for the scientific development of the industry of“Leisure Sports+whole area Forest Health”in the new era.The paper sets Guyong Sports Leisure town of Sanming,Fujian as the study case and analyzes thoroughly the resource conditions,traffic conditions,and industry conditions,etc,by applying the methods of expert interviews and field research.After inspecting the main problems restricting its sustainable development,the paper provides development strategies for this sports leisure town:mastering policy in implementing the“four comprehensive”development philosophy continually;reconstructing development goals,position,overall thinking scientifically;developing leisure“sports+health”resources in a diversified way,planning new business rationally;accelerating the construction of leisure sports tourism facilities and improving the quality of public services;and concentrating brand characteristics and strengthening the leisure sports tourism marketing continually.
