摘要
以常规育苗袋作为对照,研究采用新型圆台形单孔控根育苗筒培育胶木兼优品种‘热垦628’的效果,为科学应用单孔控根器培育轻简化优良品种苗木提供理论依据。采用常规绿色芽接和苗木抚管方法,观测第一次出圃率和缺苗率,测量长出第一蓬叶时的接穗株高和茎粗。结果表明,砧木在常规育苗袋和育苗筒中生长的茎粗无显著差异;在育苗筒中的第一次出圃率显著降低、缺苗率显著提高,但长出第一蓬叶时育苗筒中‘热垦628’的株高和茎粗极显著优于常规育苗袋。
Seedlings of rubber clone GT1 were transferred into single-hole root trainers and budded with timber/latex clone‘Reken 628',with conventional polybags as the control.Normal green budding was used for budding,and the buddings were tended following the conventional method.The percentage of buddings ready for transplanting at the first round,and seedling(rootstock)loss rate were observed,and the plant height and stem diameter of the buddings at the first leaf whorl were measured.The results showed that the rootstocks grown in polybags and root containers were not significantly different in stem diameter.The percentage of root-container buddings ready for transplanting at the first round was significantly lower,and the seedling(rootstock)loss rate was significantly higher.However,the buddings of clone‘Reken 628'raised in the root containers were significantly higher in plant height and stem diameter than those in the conventional polybags at the first leaf whorl.
